2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely delivery.

2.1 Domestic Shipping:

  • Andhra Pradesh (AP) and Telangana (TG): Estimated delivery time with in 7 days.
  • Southern India (except AP and TG): Estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 days.
  • Rest of India: Estimated delivery time is 7to10 days.

2.2 International Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

2.3 Delays:

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs processing, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping (All India): Flat shipping charge of ₹100.
  • International Shipping: Charges will vary as per the courier partner’s rates.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your shipment on the courier’s website. If you have trouble tracking your order, please contact us at support@navkarboutique.com.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders:

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delivery Issues

6.1 Incorrect Address:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Navkar Boutique is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

6.3 Unclaimed Packages:

  • If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed, reshipping charges may apply.
